Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons — such as Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Diwali, and other major holidays — processing times may take slightly longer.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately.

  • Personalized products may require additional production time.

Fulfillment Locations

We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers who operate multiple fulfillment centers in the United States and across Europe.

Orders from customers within the US or EU are typically produced and shipped locally, ensuring faster delivery times (5–7 business days) and reduced environmental impact.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the system.


Shipping Address Changes

For security and logistical reasons, we cannot change or redirect shipping addresses once an order has been confirmed.
Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be fulfilled from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
This does not affect your total shipping cost, and you will receive tracking information for each parcel.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the US and EU) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.
