Refund and Returns Policy

At Passionify, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each order is custom-made and printed specifically for you. Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible, please include:

  • A clear photo showing the issue with the product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Send this information to info@passionify.com, and our customer service team will review your case within 1–2 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Returns

In cases where a return is approved (e.g. defective item), you may be asked to return the product.
You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@passionify.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us at info@passionify.com with your order details.
