At Passionify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether your item is custom-made or a standard design, we offer a transparent and flexible return policy to ensure a great shopping experience.
1. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope you had a great time shopping with us! Nonetheless, if for any reason at all you are unsatisfied with your purchase (even if there is no defect), please drop us an email at info@passionify.com within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We always do our best to check all items carefully before we ship them out. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we take full responsibility.
Report Window: Contact us at info@passionify.com within 60 days of delivery.
Evidence Required: A clear photo of the issue and your order number.
Resolution: We will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method immediately.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or product, simply let us know. We handle exchanges promptly to ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).
Return Shipping: If a return is required due to a defective or damaged product, Passionify will cover the return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid label). For returns based on a change of mind (non-defective), the customer is responsible for shipping costs using a trackable service.
5. How to Process Your Return
Please email us at info@passionify.com with your order information, after which we will provide you with our return address. This is to ensure that we will take note of your return promptly. Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you and a refund will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved or the return is received, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the production process has typically started, but you still retain your right to the 60-day return policy once the item arrives.
